The subject of the master thesis is to propose changes in the human resources concept focused on the recruitment of workers in manual professions in the company FAKSASTRAKA, Ltd. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts closely related to human resources and personnel work. In the practical part, there is an analysis of the current state of the abovementioned company and labour market especially, then a research using a questionnaire survey is created as well. There are elaborated proposals in the field of recruitment for workers in manual professions.

The subject of thesis „Increasing the efficiency“ of personnel work is the analysis of the current state of personnel work Brno branch of Merz s.r.o. to increase the efficiency of personnel work. Increasing the efficiency of personnel work should be achieved to increase profits and improve the economic situation of Merz s.r.o. The theoretical part of this work focuses primarily on individual areas of personnel work, namely motivation, communication, evaluation and remuneration and training. Also there is space devoted to dealing with the hierarchical structure of society and its leadership. These findings, together with an analysis of the current situation are used to propose changes that will lead to increase the efficiency of personnel work, and the goal of improving the economic situation of the company.

Interconnectedness of the personnel work with the strategy of the organization (The leisure time centres in the Czech Republic)

Strategic human resource management is an approach that is closely related to the strategic organizational management, thus it is in accordance with the given objectives and goals of the organization leading to its permanent development and efficiency as a whole. The diploma work aims to find out whether the leisure time centres in the Czech Republic are in terms of human resources managed strategically. The theoretical part of the diploma work defines the terms concerning personnel activities and strategic organizational management in the context of specifications of an educational institution like a leisure time centre and/or similar one. The research deals with the interconnection between the personnel activity performance in an organization and an organizational strategy. Further on, it discloses aspects and features of the strategic human resource management in a leisure time centre and/or organizations of a similar type. It also focuses on possible agreement between the human resource management policies in the investigated organizations and the chosen human resource management models. Education and development of teachers in kindergarten

The aim of this thesis is to map one of the activity- personnel training and development of teaching staff in educational institutions, particularly in kindergartens. Theoretically define the concepts of learning and development. The theoretical part describes the personnel activity in general, the historical development of human resources work, focuses on human resources management in detail. The next section defines theoretical difference between education and development. Education and development phases are analyzed in detail. The work deals with the education and development in the context of teaching staff in the final part of the theoretical section. In the empirical part by questionnaires is described and analyzed the systém of education and development of teachers in kindergartens in Prague. As a supplementary method is, used an interview with the directors of nurseries on the education and development of teachers in kindergarten. The survey is further complemented by an analysis of the documents relating to the education and development of teachers. The thesis titled Development of Lecturers of Lifelong Learning for Healthcare Professionals examines the impact of development and education of workers in an organisation on the factors influencing professional behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms pertinent to the personnel-related activities of each organisation in the field of human resource management and is focused particularly on development and education. It analyses the specifics of this field regarding educators and more detailed attention is paid to the specific selected group of lecturers engaged in educating eye care professionals in contactology. The research part of the thesis concentrates on verifying the research assumption, which is the favourable impact of development and education of workers on their professional results and on the factors influencing their behaviour. This part of the thesis contains a quantitative survey carried out using the questionnaire method and semi-structured interviews with the lecturers and executives of selected organisations.
